About our vibe: we try to have an awesome vibe, always.

Our food: We make food with the highest quality ingredients possible. We use estate beef, dry-aged 15 days, minimum. Most of our produce is local and organic. Almost 100% of our food prep is by hand, including our baked goods-we have a baker…which means the community has a baker.

We also, appreciate all the fun commentary on what we should have or do etc…here’s the thing, we make what believe in.

If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything. Period. Full Stop. :)
